The blue leather on both the handle and the scabbard is flawless and simply magnificent. The gilt on the swastikas on the pommel and the cross guard are a beautiful deep golden bronze color and is bright and vibrant as the day the dagger was made. The blade is absolutely pristine and carries the maker’s mark of “SMF –Solingen” and the armored knight holding a sword logo.  The scabbard fitting and the chain hanger are completely without damage and are as bright as the day the dagger was made. image102 - LUFTWAFFE HAUPTMANN OF FLAK FORMAL UNIFORM GROUPING WITH ALL ORIGINAL INSIGNIA

Price: $2,250.00

This is a magnificent WWII German Luftwaffe Hauptmann of Flak formal uniform grouping consisting of the short waist coat with two button chain closure constructed of the finest Luftwaffe gray gabardine material, a vest made of the same gorgeous material and with six silver pebbled buttons on the front, a white canvas type vest with a white silk back panel and six silver pebble buttons down the front and a matching set of trousers with a wide silver bullion strip down the outside of each leg. The uniform jacket has a beautiful Hauptman of Flak shoulder board sewn into each shoulder and a magnificent, hand embroidered, droop tailed silver bullion Luftwaffe officer’s breast eagle sewn to the right breast. In the collar area there is a beautiful silk tailor’s label that reads, “Uniformen – Hch – HUNKEN – Mannheim”. There are loops for a single badge on the left breast and affixed through these loops is a very nice, unmarked, Luftwaffe Flak Badge that was originally on the jacket when acquired. Attached to the right shoulder is a gorgeous adjutant’s silver bullion argullet. The formal shirt and tie are modern pieces and did not come with this uniform grouping but they are respectable replacements and will be included in the sale of the uniform group. The mannequin is not included. All insignia is original to the jacket and with the bullion insignia and fine cloth, it presents just a stunning appearance. One of the finest looking German formal dress uniforms you are likely to encounter.

image103 - WWII GERMAN CASED 1939 IRON CROSS 1ST CLASS

Price: $575.00

This is an extremely fine WWII German 1939 Iron Cross in its original presentation case that is in outstanding condition. The unmarked cross has an absolutely pristine stove-black iron core that is completely without rust or damage of any kind. The detail to the date and swastika is very sharp and well-defined with the swastika raised to the height of the frame in the center. The simulated pebbled leatherette case is in excellent condition and is with a domed top that still retains the silver stencil of the cross held within. This stencil remains vivid, bright and 100% intact. The interior lid is lined with padded white satin while the base is a beautifully white flocking. The hinge and push button catch are in perfect working order. This is a beautiful looking Iron Cross in an equally beautiful look case that is about as nice as you can get.

image105 - WWII GERMAN SILVER WOUND BADGE WITH WIDE PIN

Price: $165.00

This is a beautiful Model 1939 Wound Badge in silver in excellent condition. The badge exhibits a nice bright silver finish to both the obverse and reverse sides with a nice pronounced swastika on the helmet and fine detail to the wreath, swords and background stippling. The pin assembly is complete and fully functional with a very nice wide pin bar. This is not a “coke bottle” type pin but rather the wide type pin found on many of the 1914 1st class Iron Crosses that were manufactured during the First World War. A very nice looking badge.
